Our Leaders

Pastor George Horne A visionary leader and passionate preacher, Pastor leads with humility, boldness, and a heart for the people. His mission is to awaken destiny and activate purpose in every believer. Pastor George Horne was born in Gretna, Florida, to Zanders and Lorene Horne. He is the third youngest of eleven siblings. He attended Gretna Elementary School and graduated from James A. Shanks High School in Quincy, FL.
George joined the Army in 1981 at the age of seventeen and retired twenty years later in 2001. After retiring in 2001, he joined the Houston County Sheriff’s Office and retired in 2025 with the rank of Lieutenant.
He served as an assistant Pastor for twenty years at Antioch Christian Tabernacle. He has a deep passion for the body of Christ and the preaching and teaching of scripture. 
Known for his compassionate spirit, practical teaching, and unwavering commitment to the Gospel, Pastor Horne's ministry is centered on the belief that God’s love transforms lives. He is passionate about equipping believers to live out their faith daily and to be a light in their communities.
George has been married to his loving wife, co-pastor Yolander Horne, for 40 years.
From this union, they share two daughters and their loving spouses, Akilah and
Kerederick Whitest; Kea’na Horne and Brian Meza, and 4 wonderful grandchildren,
Lia, Zo’iye, Adrian, and Adrianna.

Co Pastor Yolander Horne A visionary leader and passionate preacher, Co Pastor leads with humility, boldness, and a heart for the people. Her mission is to awaken destiny and activate purpose in every believer. Minister Yolander Marie Horne, a native of Chicago, Illinois, was born May 5, 1965, to the parents of Mr. Orlando Terry and the late Mattie Terry. She graduated from Tilden High School on the Southside of Chicago. Upon graduating from high school, she attended Chicago State University, where she studied Business Administration.
Yolander found her employment niche in the banking and finance industry, working at several banks, including Key Bank of New York, Bank of Hawaii, First Federal Saving and Loan of Hawaii, Northern Credit Union (Watertown, New York), South Holland Bank of Illinois, and Regions Bank of Georgia.
Desiring to broaden her experience in the finance industry, Yolander was hired as an Assistant Manager at World Finance in Columbus, GA. She was promoted to Manager within eleven months and was relocated to Warner Robins, where she was employed as Branch Manager.
Upon arriving in Warner Robins, Antioch Christian Tabernacle became a ministry that touched her heart, and the calling to serve God’s people through proclamation ministry became a reality. After 20 years with the ministry, Yolander and George decided to trust the Lord for the next part of their journey, ultimately leading them to New Beginning of Life Church. 
Yolander has been married to her loving husband, Pastor George Horne, for 40 years. From this union, they share two daughters and their loving spouses, Akilah and Kerederick Whitest: Kea’na Horne and Brian Meza, and 4 wonderful grandchildren, Lia, Zo’iye, Adrian, and Adrianna.
